How can I find out the price of the products? The products price is based on the purchase quantity. You can request a quotation by email indicating the quantity you would like to purchase.

What kind of payment do you accept? We accept credit card, wire transfer, Paypal or Western Union. It is not necessary to have a Paypal account.

We do not accept payment by credit card if the invoice amount (not including shipping cost) is greater than $3000.

If you choose to pay by wire transfer or Western Union, after your order is confirmed, we will send us the bank inforrmation.

What is the payment condition? Payment condition is T/T in advance. Products will be sent upon received payment.

How are the products shipped? The products are shipped with the carrier of your choice (either DHL, FedEx, UPS or, USPS).

We can ship the goods using your carrier account number or we will add the shipping to your order. Once the products are shipped, we will inform you the tracking number with which you can follow the status of the package online.

How much is the shipping cost? The shipping cost is based on the quantity, the weight and the origin of the products.

How long does it take for me to get the products? When you place the order, we will inform you the estimated shipping date. Depending on the ordered quantities, it may take between 7 to 14 days from the shipping location to your office.

Can I get samples to test? Free samples are only available for certain products.

What is the minimum quantity that I can buy? The minimun quantity varies depending on the selected products.
