How can I find out the price of the products?
The products price is based on the purchase
quantity. You can request a quotation by email indicating the quantity you would
like to purchase.
What kind of payment do you accept?
We accept credit card or wire transfer.
If you choose to pay with credit card, we'll send you an
authorization form
to fill out your credit card information and then fax it back to us.
If you choose to pay by wire transfer, after your order is confirmed,
you'll be asked to send us the bank information.
What is the payment condition?
Payment condition is T/T in advance.
Products will be sent upon received payment.
How are the products shipped?
The products are shipped with the carrier
of your choice (either DHL, FedEx or UPS) using your account.
You'll be asked to supply your carrier account number. If you do not
have an account with these carriers, you can request one at their website:
DHL,
FedEx,
UPS.
Once the products are shipped, we will inform you the tracking number with
which you can follow the status of the package online at their website.
How much is the shipping cost?
The shipping cost is based
on the quantity, the weight and the origin of the products.
In general, the products are sent via DHL, FedEx or UPS directly
by the proveedor to the location you specify in your order. In other instances,
they can be sent from our warehouse in the USA.
How long does it take for me to get the products?
When you make the order, we will inform
you the estimated shipping date. Depending on the ordered quantities,
it may take between 7 to 14 days from the shipping location to your office.
Can I get samples to test?
Free samples are only available for certain
products.
What is the minimum quantity that I can buy?
The minimun quantity varies depending on the selected products.
